This is a privately owned working horse farm, Bed & Breakfast and an overnight horse boarding facility. Whether you are traveling with or without horses this is the perfect retreat just a few minutes away from
Blue Ridge. Supervised children are welcome. Regretfully, this is not a horse riding rental stable.

Our detached one room suite offers a KING size bed as well as a queen size sleeper sofa, cable television, free WiFi, gas fireplace, a view overlooking privately owned horses, and nature trails through private woods that envelope your accommodations.
Room rates:
Private Nature Trail
Low Season: $98.00 per night, plus tax, based on double occupancy.
High Season: (Sept 1 – Nov 15) $119.00, plus tax – double occupancy.
$15.00 per night for each additional person.
Two night minimum stay on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
Single night stay welcome on weekdays (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur).

Our area of Georgia is well known for year round trout fishing, festivals, hiking, shopping, sightseeing, white water rafting, Merciers Apple Orchard, and the highly popular Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Blue Ridge also offers excellent dining, the Blue Ridge Community Theater, horseback riding, spectacular Lake Blue Ridge, nostalgic Swan Drive In Theater, as well as the Toccoa & Ocoee Rivers.
We also offer overnight and temporary horse boarding.
Whether you’re on the rodeo circuit, bringing your horse to our area to ride in the mountains or just transporting equines across the country, our stable offers overnight and temporary boarding of your horses. We offer stall boarding at $30 per night /per horse or pasture boarding at $20 per night /per horse. ($5 per night/per horse discount for 2 or more nights).
